Project: Automating Performance Marketing Data Extractions

Challenge
With the resident data analyst on maternity leave, the consumer marketing team needed someone who could quickly take over and manage all reporting needs. The goal was to automate the extraction of performance marketing data across multiple channels and sales platforms.
Solution
I automated the extraction of performance marketing data, including paid social, paid ads, and organic SEO for two sales channels: a Shopify website and the Amazon marketplace. Utilizing Funnel, I integrated data sources such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Amazon Marketplace sales, and custom Google Sheet import data. This data was stored in Amazon S3 and visualized using Tableau.
When the company decided to adopt a minimizing loss approach, I transitioned all visualizations from Tableau to Looker Studio to provide free access to data for all team members.
